Four travel past the stars, not by space, but by the sea in a sailing ship. In 'Star Land' there's no universe, there's the Land and the Sea. The sky is the sea. The sea is the sky. The land sits around a slowly elevated giant mountain. No one has been to its summit. The land looks like earth. Star Land gave birth to the earth. It knows everything about the earth as it derives all from it. Earth holds no secrets from Star Land. Because of this, Star Land has little secrecy itself since it's aware of itself AND Earth. Star Land is a mystery in as far as it has what would be called "magic" on earth. But is "normal", unassuming and mechanical. There's only one mystery and magic to Star Land. Four earthly Men have entered its domain, the land beyond stars and space, as adventurers. This is the land of both time and magic: Millenium. They shouldn't be here. They are banned. But their very unmagicness creates a new type of magic, in this strange realm. These Men stumble in by a chance opportunitic adventure, and intoxicated by the very Land, turn to sense of misson instead. They unite to be a band of men, known as the First Order. They are the greatest secret and a fairly interesting one. But even they will be shocked at the truth.

A Secret State: Fighting ISIS with Women Warriors and Christians.
This is a real-life experiment in a grass-roots society taking up their own defence against the most brutal enemy...and winning! Not a bunch of Terrorists, Socialists or Radical Islam but instead a loose group of communities from many different sects including Kurds and Christians. With women taking up arms in the fight to defend their liberty from Islamic Radical Ideological Orthodoxy. (RIO)

Port Stephens Blackout 2015
Okay, just a quick note on that Storm thing that you may have possibly heard about.
The Blackout somehow came to more-or-less an end, for most of us by Monday/Tuesday, although a couple of Candle Light Dinners seemed to be still flickering around Soldiers Point. We survived the 'Tree Storm', as one child aptly called it.
To be in complete - medieval - darkness, without every 19th, 20th and 21st industrial advancement since the rotative steam engine, was a rather quaint experience to say the least.
Okay, no it wasn't quaint, it was weird! An impromptu fire-drill for a future emergency... " The Preppers" no doubt had a field day! But I guess we've all learned the lesson, to some extent, of preparedness, resilience, community and the rather wondrous invention of Diesel Generators.
Stay Warm.
